Why is my internet connection and download speed slow? and what do i need to know?


   Hello everybody,how are you today? Have the recent posts been beneficial to you? well today something interesting is on ground for you!
You must have always ask this question, how can I have fast downloading on my Android phone? well here are the things you need to know:

INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER(ISP)

     Internet service provider(MTN,ETISALAT,AIRTEL,GLO etc) is The important factor to consider, this is because the transfer of data and receiving of data is allowed by your ISP. If your ISP is having a strong coverage network in your area, your download and upload speed will be high.

SERVER HOSTING A DOWNLOAD LINK

   Another important factor to know about is the server hosting a download link (eg MediaFire,ZippyShare,Mega,Usercloud etc). I have notice myself that when I download movies from some particular websites it reads 65kb/s-99kb/s as download speed (imagine will this be able to download a movie of 490mb in time?). This happens when even when I have good network coverage, why? this is because the location of the server from which I am downloading from maybe far away or their server is overcrowded with online visitors.

YOUR ANDROID DEVICE

  Your android device in particular is another factor to consider. Some android device has good signal reception than other android devices (i.e the ability to get signal). so you maybe having a good network coverage and not get it fully because of your phone.

The app you use for downloading

   The app you use also affects your download speed. Apps like Ucbrowser when used to download helps to boost download speed.

WEATHER AND TIME

    Weather and time matters when downloading, because it has been seen that during a bad weather internet coverage is been disturbed. Downloading at mid-night is very advantageous because online traffickers would have gone offline leaving the network free and making downloading of files easier.
